Users based in Pakistan are solely responsible for determining whether their use of this platform is lawful under Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any other applicable federal or provincial legislation.
The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:
3.1 Age Requirement. Registration and use of the Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the Operator's license jurisdiction. The Operator may require documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts found to have been opened by or for minors will be immediately suspended and all funds may be forfeited.
3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. You may only register and use the Platform if doing so is lawful under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. By registering, you represent and warrant that your use of the Platform does not violate any law, regulation or directive applicable to you.
3.3 Single Account. Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. Opening or operating multiple Accounts — whether in your own name or through a third party — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and potential forfeiture of balances.
3.4 No Account Sharing. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not allow any other person to access, use or operate your Account. The Operator accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the User has shared their credentials.
3.5 Self-Excluded Users. Individuals who have previously self-excluded from the Platform or any platform operated by the Operator are prohibited from opening new Accounts for the duration of their self-exclusion period.
4.1 To access real-money features of the Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information as prompted. You undertake to keep your registration information up to date at all times.
4.2 The Operator reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a valid government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport or driver's licence), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of the payment method used to deposit funds.
4.3 Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed to the Operator's standard. The Operator is not liable for any delays in processing withdrawals caused by incomplete or unsatisfactory KYC submissions.
4.4 Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of any Balance and potential referral to relevant authorities.
5.1 The Platform is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Commercial use, resale of services, or systematic data extraction from the Platform is strictly prohibited.
5.2 You are responsible for ensuring that your device and network connection are compatible with and secure for accessing the Platform. The Operator accepts no responsibility for losses arising from technical failures on the User's side, including internet disconnections mid-wager.
5.3 The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues or regulatory requirements. The Operator will endeavour to notify users of planned maintenance where reasonably practicable but accepts no liability for consequential losses arising from Platform unavailability.
5.4 Odds, markets and game availability are subject to change without notice. The Operator reserves the right to void, suspend or modify any market or game at any time on reasonable grounds, including data integrity errors, obvious pricing errors or integrity concerns.
Deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by the Operator at the time of the transaction. Methods available may vary by region and are subject to change. Pakistani users may see references to familiar payment rails such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah as context only. The Operator does not guarantee the availability of any specific method and does not claim that these providers endorse or support gambling.
All deposits must originate from payment instruments held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. The Operator reserves the right to return deposits to their source if compliance checks indicate the funds do not originate from the registered Account holder.

The Operator reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Users will be notified if additional documentation is required.
Account balances for Pakistani users are displayed in PKR. Exchange rates applied to transactions in other currencies will be those in effect at the time of the transaction. The Operator is not liable for exchange rate fluctuations.
7.1 Illustrative Nature. Promotional offers displayed on the wim388 platform — including illustrative examples such as "100% Welcome Offer up to PKR 25,000", "Sports Starter up to PKR 10,000", "Cricket Weekend Offer up to PKR 15,000" and "Crypto Offer up to PKR 20,000" — are examples only and do not represent currently active promotions. Always verify the specific terms of any live offer before opting in.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated at the time of the offer. As an illustrative example, a Wagering Requirement stated as "30x" means the applicable bonus amount must be wagered thirty (30) times before any resulting funds become eligible for withdrawal.
7.3 Minimum Deposit. Most promotions carry a minimum qualifying deposit. Illustrative examples include PKR 1,000 for standard welcome offers and PKR 1,500 for certain sporting promotions. The specific minimum deposit applicable to any live promotion will be stated in that promotion's terms.
7.4 Validity Period. Bonus Funds and any associated free spin equivalents are valid for the period specified in the individual promotion terms. Expired Bonus Funds are automatically forfeited.
7.5 Game Restrictions. Not all games contribute equally — or at all — to clearing a Wagering Requirement. Game contribution percentages will be specified per promotion. Slots typically contribute 100% unless stated otherwise; live casino, table games and certain other products may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
7.6 One Promotion Per User. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, promotions are limited to one per household, IP address, device, payment method and email address. 8.1 All Wagers are final once confirmed by the Platform. Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of selections, stake amounts and odds before confirming a bet. The Operator accepts no responsibility for Wagers placed in error by the User.
8.2 The Operator reserves the right to void any Wager placed on markets where an obvious pricing error has occurred, where odds were published erroneously due to technical or human error, or where the integrity of the outcome is in question.
8.3 Sporting events — including Pakistan cricket matches, PSL games, ICC tournaments, football leagues and UFC events — are subject to postponement, cancellation or other changes outside the Operator's control. Settlement rules for such events are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and market, which are available in the Platform's help documentation.
8.4 Casino games, slots and live dealer products offered on the Platform use certified random number generation (RNG) or live-streamed real-time dealing where applicable. Published RTP (Return to Player) figures are mathematical averages over large sample sizes and do not guarantee specific results for any individual session.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and referral to law enforcement or regulatory bodies where appropriate:

11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.
11.3 You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, transmit, sell or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of the Operator.
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator's total liability to you in connection with these Terms, your Account and your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of your verified real-money Balance at the time the relevant claim arises.
12.2 The Operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of anticipated winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or costs of substitute services.
12.3 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Operator makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted availability, accuracy or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any content on it.
12.4 The Operator is not responsible for the conduct of third-party payment service providers, game suppliers or other third-party vendors integrated into the Platform.
13.1 By the User. You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, any outstanding Wagering Requirements must be reviewed, and real-money Balances remaining after satisfaction of all applicable conditions will be returned to the User subject to KYC completion.
13.2 By the Operator. The Operator reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account, with or without notice, in the event of: a breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity; failure to complete KYC to the required standard; or at the Operator's discretion where continuing to operate the Account creates a compliance or reputational risk.
13.3 Where an Account is terminated by the Operator due to User misconduct, the Operator reserves the right to forfeit some or all of the Account Balance, including any Bonus Funds and associated winnings, in accordance with the specific breach involved.
14.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its applicable gaming license. Users acknowledge that this may differ from the laws of their country of residence, including Pakistan.
14.2 In the event of a dispute, users are encouraged to first contact the wim388 support team to attempt informal resolution. The Operator will endeavour to respond to formal complaints within a reasonable timeframe.
14.3 Where informal resolution is not achieved, disputes may be referred to the applicable dispute resolution body as specified by the Operator's licensing authority. Details of applicable dispute resolution procedures are available from customer support.
15.1 The Operator reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, the Operator will provide reasonable notice to registered users via email or Platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.
15.2 Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
15.3 The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were most recently revised. Users are responsible for periodically reviewing these Terms to remain informed of any updates.
